Amy Riolo: Hi, I am Amy Riolo and I am working with Chef Jordan from Cafe 8 and toady we are making stuffed grape leaves. So now we actually going to go back and cook the grape leaves.
Now we have got our pot full of layered grape leaves on the stove and we are going to cover the grape leaves with additional grape leaves just to make an even layer over top. As soon as that is covered, we are going to pour water in, just to cover basically the top of the surface of the grape leaves, not to the top of the entire pot, but just to the surface of the grape leaves and then he has inverted some plates you can stack about three to four plates inside of the pot and then continue to cook those over low heat for about an hour and a half or two hours until the grape leaves are tender and the rice is cooked.
So we have just finished cooking our grape leaves and when we come back, we will show you how to plate and serve them.
