    Yes my name is Raymond Steiger, I am from Euro Bristo restaurant and we have Austrian Food, German Food, Italian Food. We are open about eight years now, and I am as chef already about 30 years. Today we are going to start showing you how to make Crab Cakes. We have Crab meat, dejon mustard, old bay seasoning, then we have a little bit of mayonnaise, chopped parsley, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, egg, one fresh egg, diced white toast, breadcrumbs, white one, and a little bit of salt for the seasoning. Thats all the ingredients for the crab cake what we are going to make today. So, in a little while we are going to mix it up and cook them off.
