Amy Riolo: Hi! I am Chef Amy Riolo with Harris Teeter and today we are making a Dairy Free Blueberry Health Shake.
To begin we'll need one overly ripe banana, one cup ice, plain soy yoghurt, two tablespoons natural honey, vanilla extract, frozen blueberries.
So let's begin by putting a cup of ice into our blender and we can add in also a cup of frozen blueberries, one overly ripe banana. Now we can go ahead and add in our soy yogurt. And then I am going to add in about two tablespoons of honey and then we're going to add in a little bit of vanilla extract. I am going to go ahead and turn my blender onto Liquefy. Now that everything has come together and the smoothie is completely liquid and looks very beautiful this is when we'll head and pour it into our glass.
