Host: Does meditation aid in becoming receptive to spirit communication?
Jodi Lynnae: I would say, the number one thing you could do for yourself, if you wanted to become more receptive to spirit communication would be to meditate. If will you just take a simple three to five minutes per day in the morning, not so much to Aum and Ah or anything like that in terms of mediation, but to quiet the mind. Its perfectly fine if you would like to do the Aums and Ahs. But I want people to understand that it doesnt have to be complicated exercise, it can be very simple where you just clean your chalkboard in your mind of all the stimuli and all of the troubles of the world and all the things that we deal with on a daily basis.
So, if you will take time to meditate everyday, what will happen is your mind will be quieter throughout the day. You will handle stress better and you will be more open and receptive to the subtle energies of spirit communication coming through.
