Derek Campbell: Hi! I am Derek Campbell, Video Game Expert, and I am talking to you today about 'Ghostbusters: The Video Game'. And right now, I am going to give you some tips on the online multi-player mode.
First off, there are lot of modes available for online play, such as survival, containment, protection, slam-dunk and destruction. So here is a few things that you'll want to keep in mind. Teamwork is first and foremost. You'll need to work together as a team to bring down the ghost health.
However, when getting into slamming, it can be a little bit difficult when there is no communication. Slamming a ghost on to a containment unit is the fastest way to catch it, but when multiple people are locked on to one, it can become more challenging. I recommend calling your shots. This is important especially in such modes as containment, where trapping a ghost will actually increase your talent.
Be careful about picking up traps. When you throw a trap out, the previous one that you put out there will disappear and could potentially throw off someone's hard work in wrangling.
As far as weaponry is concerned, you'll need to pick up upgrades to switch out from the standard Proton Stream. Ammunition is limited on these and you'll need to ration out the heavy damage dealing weapons for the big guys. Well, talking about the big guys, it's always easy to focus your attention on them, but don't forget to watch your back. Smaller enemies can team up on you from behind and steal all of your health before you know it.
If those little guys do however take you out, you could always count on your teammates to revive you, and the same applies for them. If one of your fellow teammate ghostbusters is stuck on the ground with the sparking proton pack, lend a hand. Picking up your teammates is vital to survival, especially in Survival mode.
But, the most important tip of all, is to have a great time busting ghost in the Online Multi-Player mode. This will keep you on your toes and reliving the good old days in no time flat.
So that about wraps it up for 'Ghostbusters: The Video Game' and remember if there is something strange going on in your neighborhood, grab your proton pack and take matters into your own hands. I am Derek Campbell and I ain't afraid of no ghost.
