Jimmy Nguyen: Hi, I'm Jimmy Nguyen Founder of Easy Tennis. And today I'm going to teach you how to improve your tennis game. Today in our video, we'll be talking about how to do a proper warm up starting with mini tennis rally, the fundamentals of ground strokes, taking a look at the backhand, one handed versus two handed, recovery and hit at the baseline, approach shot and net transition, to hit winning volleys, return of serve, doing a power transfer on the serve, countering low balls, chip and charge and hitting high balls.

So some of the tools we need for tennis, of course we need nice tennis racket, some sort of athletic shirt with sweat management to wick away all that sweat from the body, shorts or long pants and of course the tennis shoes and you want to make sure you have tennis shoes because it's going to support, the movement in a lateral way And you notice with tennis shoes they're built heavily on the sides to support that side movement and we try not to use running shoes, because with running shoes and cross-trainers, the shoes are only built for the use of propelling forward and backward, but the tennis shoes that's going to help you run sideways more efficiently than cross trainers and runners. We also need bottle of water perhaps a sports drink, if you like, a towel to wipe off your sweat, and of course a basket of balls. These tools are intensive and they are designed for intermediate to advance play. So be sure to have a plenty of balls, most importantly of all, bring your best game on the tennis court. You may want to consult with your general physician before engaging any vigorous activity.
