Hi, I am Josh Dubois and I have been a professional bartender for five years. I have apprenticed under a career bartender in New York City and I have worked in a high volume college bar for several years. Today what I am going to show you is the stuff that I learned in that high volume college bar, that is how to make shots.
We are going to show how to make all different kinds of shots from the Alabama Slammer to the Apple Jack, Broken Down Golf Cart, Scooby Snack, SoCo and Lime, Surfer On Acid.
So, to make these shots you are going to need a lot of different liquors; and we are going to go over those when we get to the actual shots, but the one thing to remember is safety when drinking. You always want to be a responsible drinker, never be drinking if you are bartending and always have a sober driver, no drinking and driving. So, let s get started with the first shot which is an Alabama Slammer.
