    Stephanie Barlow: Hi! I am Stephanie Barlow with the National Watermelon Promotion Board. I am here to tell you that you can enjoy watermelon all year long. Every season we have a reason for watermelon and this season it's fall.

    So from your football tailgate parties to Halloween get-togethers you can enjoy my favorite fire and ice salsa. It's easy to make on the go and it's a lot of fun and a great surprise.

    To get started we'll need three cups of diced watermelon, two tablespoons of jalapeno, on this one we took out the seeds and vein, that's where all the spice is, a half of cup of green pepper, which from experience is about a half of the big green pepper, one tablespoon of green onion, one tablespoon of copped cilantro, two tablespoons of mayan juice. So we'll mix it all up in a bowl and it's actually ready to serve right now, but if you can put it in the fridge for an hour and let it chill, it will even more delicious.

    This salsa is of course great with chips, but try it over grilled fish or chicken and that's how you make my fall favorite, fire and ice salsa.
