We are also partners at the Delhi Club, another Indian restaurant in Arlington, Virginia. Today, we are going to show you how to make a raita. Now, what is this raita? Most people, when you say a raita they have been to Indian restaurants and they get a yogurt and cucumber dipped and that is a raita. However, it is, it is yogurt and it is blended with something, but it is not necessarily limited to yogurt and cucumber that it just one version of raita, which most restaurants tend to offer because of both the cooling properties of yogurt as well as cucumber.
Today, we are going to show you, different varieties of raita and the possibilities are as endless as your imagination. In the next segment, I am going to show you how to make a plain raita.
