Pickle Pasta Salad

    A cool vinegar crunch meets creamy goodness in an al dente salad that will surprise you!

    Ingredients

    • Kosher salt to taste
    • 1 pound bowties (pasta)
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 3 tbsp pickle juice
    • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
    • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1 1/2 cups sliced mini dill pickles
    • 3 tbsp fresh dill

    Directions

    1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook bowties according to package directions (until al dente). Drain and return to pot.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon, and garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
    4. Garnish with pickles and serve.
