Hi, I am Nick Friedman, founder of College Hunks Hauling Junk, the junk removal specialist. We provide teams to go into residential and commercial properties to remove unwanted items, whether its furniture, appliances, remodeling debris, or computer equipment. We've been hauling junk for about four years now, and really recognize the benefit that people receive by dejunking, and decluttering their living areas. Today, we are going to talk about two trouble areas, the garage, and the attic and strategies to organize those spaces. We are also going to talk about techniques for how to safely lift heavy items off the ground, how to carry those items, as well as how to move those items using a dolly, and a handcart. So, lets start by figuring out how to lift items off the ground.
