Nahid Ghassemi: Hi! I am Nahid Ghassemi, Director and founder of Ana Visage Spa Academy. We are here in Great Falls Virginia since 1985. We train electrolysis, massage therapy, aesthetic, waxing, permanent makeup, and laser hair removing. We are here to show you how to do at home facials with one of our graduates Lavern Onike(ph) and thank you very much for paying attention. lets get started.

Now, the first thing that we are going to be using needing our cleanser, our exfoliant. our mask, and if you have- if you are wearing eye makeup then we will be using eye makeup remover. We are going to also need a toner; we are going to need our moisturizer, and our sunscreen. Now, the first thing you want to do is sanitize your hands or if you are at home washing your face, actually washing your hands will suffice. Next, we are going to secure the hair back with the hair band or ponytail holder. You can obviously do this to yourself or if you are giving your friend at home a facial. Okay, we are going to take our appropriate cleanser and put about a dime size of amount on to your finger tips and actually you can also read the product information for why you are using and they would recommend how much of the product you are going to use. It differs with each product. Dip your hands into water and you can apply on to your skin, either using circular motions or I am actually going to use what we do in the skin care center, rubbing the cleanser into the skin and make sure to get all areas from chin to nose, cheeks, when you are doing it at home you can actually do that like that. Get your nose, and your forehead. Now we are going to be removing the cleanser.
