Gary Ryan Blair: Hi there, my name is Gary Ryan Blair, I am with The Goals Guy. Well, our goal is simply to help you, achieve yours. In todays lesson we are going to talked about the power of focus, specifically what it is, we define and explain to you how do you get focused, how you stay focused, how do you regain it.

We are talking about the empowerment and its relationship to focus. The connection between the choices and options. What happens when you try to ,multi-task.
