Amy Riolo: Hi, I am Amy Riolo and today I am working with Chef Jordan from Cafe 8 and he is going to show us how to plate and serve our grape leaves.
Chef Jordan: Well basically what we have done here is we have taken our cooked grape leaves. You can plate them however you will or however you want, but traditionally grape leaves are served with yogurt and what we have here is a thicken yogurt or Labane which is Lebanese. It's almost like -- almost a cheese, so much of the layer has been taken out. Now I did not put any lemons in the cooking process, I don't want it because I feel that sometimes it becomes too acidic. So what I like to do is just squeeze it a little bit on top before I eat it and dip it in my Labane.
