Host: What can I do to stop eating from being stressed?
Wendy Reinhardt Kapsak: You definitely can, you can change if your stressed. Its all about wanting how to manage your stress. You may have a very challenging job, one that push you under an enormous of stress, but recognizing situations that can become stressful and how you handle them can really make a big difference in helping you and your diet survive the office. A couple of things to consider, when you are feeling really stressed, a ton of tension in your neck; take a couple of deep breathes, shrug your shoulders a few times, take a deep breath, hold it for a few moments and then exhale. Play some relaxing music, put on your iPod or put on some headphones and just get away for a few moments, count to 10 before you reach for something else instead of managing your stress.
