Host: Why does it seem like most of these are consistently at the top of every list?

Gary Ryan Blair: So, why is that that somebody s resolutions, why keep comingat the top of the list year in, and year out. It's a very easy answer, is that people have the tendency of repeating history rather than creating history because the last year and the year before they set a resolution to lose weight they didn t do anything about it. They set a resolution to improve relationship they didn t do anything about it, to pay off debt, again, they just got themselves deeper into it. Henceforth, the need for, really for change in this behavior, but they continue to repeat history.

This will continue to go on and on and on. This is why it's so important. In order for change to take place, you got to take resolutions more seriously and you got to realize that you cannot enjoy new fruits, new outcomes, new levels of joy and happiness with the same old behavioral and strategy. Something has to change; you have to change. So, that s the primary reason, why?
