Judy Greenway: Hi! This is Judy Greenway from Royal Glass and today we are going to show you in this segment how to use the syringe method in repairing your windshield. This is the basic syringe that you can get down at your local auto part store, it comes with a little suction on the end and your little plunger. And what we are going to do, we are going to do the basic repairs that you can do from home on your car. So what we are going to do, we are going to find a nice little stone chip and we are going to take the little suction. Here we are. We are going to gently, gently apply it over. There we are. Now, as always safety first, put your gloves on. Always put your globes on, put your eye protection on. And always, always keep your bottle of window cleaner at side in case of emergency. Cover your car, okay. And then like so applied, take sticker off and applied it. And what we are going to do, we are going to pull a vacuum slowly, very slowly. We are going to pull up, keep on pulling till it actually reaches a little bridge and that's going to keep a vacuum on it. So we are going set here for few minutes and let it do it's job. So it's been about 10 minutes now and what we are going to do, we are going to gently lift up the plunger, we are going to slide our little cap and gently as we see let it go back down. Okay, now hold the base, turn the syringe, pull it up. Now, here is your little powder resin. Doesn't hurt to shake it. Pop the top off and snap the little this. Now we are going to take it and put it inside and we are going to just gently squeeze. Drop it right down into the little cylinder carefully, place your top, take your plunger, set it back in and gently, gently, gently syringe back up to get vacuum, okay And then slowly, slowly, slowly drop it back down, there. And give it a little pressure and hold it. Now that will fill the cylinder and go into the break. And then we can remove the plunger, set it there. Make sure everything is in it and we are going to remove the little cap. And when you get your plunger off, we are going to hold it there, put a little plastic tab on it. And give it a few seconds or few minutes to dry. Well, now its been a few minutes and our mixture is curing as you can see. It's starting to harden and really it's ready to go. So what we are going to do, we are going to pull the little plastic tab off, set it aside. And we are going to take a razor, a straight razor and start removing all the excess on the top. And there you go. It did pretty good. And of course a little window clean. And look here, nice. Nice and clean. Remove it. And there you are for the basic syringe method, it works well. It will save your glass and not look bad. Now coming up in our next segment, we are going to show you the bridge method that's professionally done in shop.
