Tracee continued her education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and participates in many continue education classes including Mind Body Medicine through the Institute of Mind Body Medicine. Tracee is a member of the American Dietetic Association and Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Nutrition in Complementary Care and Weight Management practice groups. She is also a member of the American Botanical Society and a member of the Haworth School Wellness Committee and Action For Healthy Kids.

Tracee Yablon Brenner: Yes, avocados are high in fat but they have good fats in them and also high in vitamin A and this good fat that is in avocado can help with your metabolism and some people who had been on a low fat diet and realize that is not working, well start eating avocado and actually lose weight. Once you are eating the avocado, because you need to have some fat in your diet and avocado is a great source of good healthy fat for your diet.
