So raw foods are going to be your vegetables, your fruits, your sea vegetables, your seeds, your nuts, your legumes, sprouts and cultured vegetables. So one of the biggest misconceptions that people think that raw is kind of blend and actually that couldn't be further from the truth.
You can make so many tasty yummy delicious things. So over here we've got our Nori wrap super yummy sandwich on the go, over here we've got our raw pasta. All raw zucchini with a marinara sauce and here we've got our super salad for fast super healthy salads on the go.
And you know what? When you start to put all these things in combination with your green smoothies and your juices, you're going to start rejuvenating on a cellular level; you're going to just watch your energy go through the roof.
