Host: Can you only truly workout in a gym?
Elizabeth Rahavi: You don't have to go to a gym to always workout. You can workout in your house, get a yoga video or perhaps a Pilates video or you can workout in your office building by using the steps. You can workout in your neighborhood by walking around your neighborhood or riding bikes around your neighborhood. There's so many different things that you can do, you just have to find one that suits you.
