Megan Fricker from the Melting Pot restaurant chain demonstrates how to make a Bailey’s Irish cream dream dessert.

Hi! I am Megan with the Melting Pot Restaurants. Today, we are going to go over how to prepare a Baileys Irish Cream Dream Milk Chocolate Fondue. Since we already have all of our dippers set up and ready to go, we are going to melt the chocolate down. We are going to start out with 1 ounce of water to 4 ounces of chocolate wafers. At the Melting Pot Restaurant, we use only the finest quality chocolate and we recommend you do the same at home. You want to add your chocolate wafers in when your pots steaming, so you know it is hard enough to start melting the chocolate down. We want to slowly keep adding more chocolate in, so it gets to a creamy consistency and it is not watery; that way, the chocolate fondue will stick to all of our dippers. This one is still a little watery and has to get melted down, so we prepared another one for you. The process usually takes about 5-10 minutes to melt the chocolate down. Once you are at your proper consistency, then you can go ahead and add in half an ounce shot of Baileys Irish Cream. When it is all mixed together, when it is smooth and creamy, you are ready to go. Pick your favorite dipper - mine happens to be strawberries, and go ahead and dip right in. That is delicious! And thats how you make the Baileys Irish Cream Dream Chocolate Fondue.
