Hi, my name is Dale Roberts; I am with the Java Shack in Arlington, Virginia. Today I am showing you how to make coffee beverages. Next we will be making the Caf Latte. Starting with your potter filter, fresh Ground Espresso, fill your potter filter basket, tamping to about fifty pounds. So, you have potter filter into your machine, where you use a nice large cup and using fresh milk.

Remember, your milk will double in size approximately. We are going to heat the milk to 130 degrees, the same time the milk steaming; we can get the shot of Espresso going. Once again you should not hear very much noise coming from your milk at all, a slight whistling sound from time to time. In this way we do not want the milk to be as foamy as it was for the Cappuccino. So, we are going to put the one deeper into the milk. Once it reaches the proper temperature, take it out, let it rest. A Latte is mostly steamed milk with a light layer of froth on top.

We are going to pour it; just let the milk and the froth come out together, so it is Caf Latte. Next, I will be showing you how to make the Caf Mocha.
