Travel Reporter Lauren Tjaden discovers the old and luxurious town of Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island just northwest of Fort Myers.

Lauren Tjaden: This is a place that you want to go to, to escape, to really get away from it all. Somebody said, hey, it's so laid back, it's horizontal.

Keith M. Tracy: I am drawn to history that's the kind of thing that pulls me toward this island, you can walk the same streets that generations of people have been walking all along. It's not like historical in a place that's been built over some of the structures in the streets are still here.

Seth Shipley: The quantity and quality of fresh seafood and fishes is unbelievable, you know, to have access to grouper and snapper and mahi and crabs and oysters and clams and you know, that somebody brings to your backdoor, and says listen, I just harvested all these clams, what do we with them? To be able to do that, it's exponentially great for culinary world.

Lauren Tjaden: Boca-Grande is visually stunning and it's got some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen.
