Host: Does it matter what I eat for breakfast?
Elizabeth Rahavi: It doesn't matter what you eat for breakfast. Breakfast really just means breaking the fast. If you want to you can flip your day upside down and eat the leftovers that you had last night for breakfast and eat a traditional breakfast for dinner. Breakfast is actually a really great time to get more whole grains, fiber, calcium and fruit into your diet. For example you can have a whole grain English muffin with peanut butter, banana, and a couple of milk. You can have some whole grain cereal with some strawberries on top. You could also try having some oat meal with a little bit granola and some banana on top. 1
