Margie Weiss: My name is Margie Weiss and I have been in the fitness industry pretty much all my life. As a child I was a national level gymnast, as an adult I have run my own gymnastic teams, own some Gold s Gyms and I currently work as a group exercise director and instructor in a lot of different gyms. I am also a personal trainer. I have trained my son for two Olympic teams doing stretching and strength workouts. I have also worked with a lot of other children trying to get them to better themselves in the sports that they do. What we are going to do today is a tricep workout. Tricep is the muscle in the back of the arm. It s used for extending, going out backward. It s used in a lot of sports and especially for women it has nice look, if you can get that muscle defined, but it s very important to work the triceps as well as the biceps, which we will be doing in another video. What you are going to need for this is a good pair of athletic shoes, some clothing that s loose enough to move but not so floaty, that is going to get caught into the equipment. That being said, we ll start with the triceps workout.
