    Hi. I am Bob Kiebler, chef at Morton's Steakhouse. We know little bit about grilling. I have been cooking professionally for over 30 years now. Morton's Steakhouse is one of the premiere steakhouses in the world. We have over 73 locations worldwide. Now today, what we are going to do is, I am going to be showing you my tips for grilling steak, grilling chicken, grilling pork and grilling pork spareribs. We are going to be grilling different types of seafood, fish, as well as shell fish and shrimp and scallops. Also, we are going to be grilling different types of vegetables, as well as, fruits that we can eat for dessert. We are also going to be showing you how to pair wines with the meals that you select. Basically, all you need to get started is a grill, gas or charcoal, you need your utensils, tongs, seasoning salt, and you need the food that you want to grill.
