Host: How can I eat out on a diet?

Tracee Yablon-Brenner: Eating out on a diet, you really want to make the certain life style change to lose weight. So, if you tend to eat out a lot in restaurants you have to really watch your portion sizes in restaurants. If you are eating out with someone that you can share the entre that's a great thing to the do and other great thing to do is order a salad and if they have a small plate order that as well. Be aware of the portion sizes you can ask if you know the portion is really large for them to cut it in half in the kitchen and have them serve you just half the portion and then you will have it the next day for lunch which is a bonus for your diet.
