Host: How can I prepare for the Analytical Reasoning section in the LSAT?
Bernadette Chimner: The Analytical Reasoning section also known as the logic games is actually one of the easiest sections to begin preparing for and one of the best ways to prepare for those logic games is to take a logic game and just do it over and over and over repeatedly, which seems to be weird to a lot a people immediately and they say to me Bernie if I do this over and over I am going to remember the answers and then I am just going to be cheating and I say to people no.
The way logic games work is either the answer is in front of you or it's not. It's kind of like math, you know when you are cheating and that repetition starts to help you understand the process that you need to go through in order to find the answers. It's very much like practicing the Piano. At first you are just going to sit there and play the same song over and over and over until your fingers are moving very, very automatically. That's how logic games are going to work. So just take that same game and don't do a bunch of games, one at a time, then go through them do them one at time again. Take that exact same game and just do it until if you got the one test day, you would just own it.
