Host: How do feelings or emotions show signs of stress?
Dava Money: Stress can show up in our feelings and emotions also. We may feel overwhelmed and burdened, dissatisfied, frustrated, irritated. We can be sad, we can be sleepy and truancy and not very present in our moments. One of the things that we can learn to do is to pay attention to our emotions and notice early on, when they begin to show signs of distress and then we can use that to change our behavior or perception etcetera.
