Host: How do I achieve the relaxation response?
Dava Money: The relaxation response can best be achieved through meditation by simply getting into a comfortable position in a comfortable and safe environment and focusing on either a word or your breath and having a passive attitude where you are not expecting anything of yourself, in just a little bit curiousness to what's going to come up, what you are going to experience and to do that for anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes, that's a simple form of meditation.
