Taras Raggio: To establish intermediate goals being by subdividing your long term goals to get the intermediate goals. Do not try to start off your weight gain program going from little or no exercises, exercise to completing a marathon, thats just next to impossible. You can also further evaluate your goal establishment by using the acronym smart and smart is it stands for a specific and measurable, attainable results in a time oriented or other say trackable goals; for example instead of saying I want to eat better, a more specific goal would be I want to eat 9 servings of fruit and vegetables everyday and intermediate goal of that would be to I want to incorporate 3 or 4 servings of fruit and vegetables into my daily eating plan.
