C. Today we have been talking all about how to eat more than you think and lose weight. Next, we are going to talk about how to get more out of your meals.
Host: How do you get more out of meals and lose weight?
Elizabeth Rahavi: Fruits and vegetables are really great way to get more out of your meals and still lose weight. Because fruits and vegetables have a lower calorie content you can generally add more of them to the food that you are eating to get more food on your plate. There are other ways that you can get more out of your meals and this is where simple math comes back in. If you exercise then you can eat a little bit more in moderation of course.
