Host: How does being physically active affect my health?
Sarah Alligood: Well, being physically active has all kinds of benefits. From the physical, such as keeping your muscles nice and strong, your bones nice and healthy maybe helping you lose weight if you need to. There is also a variety of other benefits maybe socially and mentally. It has been shown to just make you feel better, decrease your feelings of anxiety and not only that, but it really provides a really great opportunity to us maybe spend some time with your friends, your family. I like to go for walks with my girlfriend to catch on latest gossip or maybe you like to just throw around the football with your friends.
