It has been fascinating, there has been lots of research done that shows that men are instinctively looking for an hourglass figure, so that there is some waist there and believe it or not the waist to hip ratio is one of the most important things in just creating that appearance of youth and healthfulness. So, frankly if you look in the mirror and you have got kind of a potato shape and this is really important to you to find a man then it is probably time to start thinking about losing some of those extra pounds. Frankly, it is better for your health anyway. So, join a gym, learn how to eat more healthily, we do not suggest a fat diet, but truly learn how to have a healthy balanced diet and in the long run, not only are you going to feel better about yourself and you are going to have more energy, but all of that is going to come out in your experience and in your dating and it is going to provide you with more success in your whole dating process.
