Dr. Kim Penberthy: Well, as I said, we have some evidence that St. John's Wort works for mild to moderate symptoms of depression. Most of those studies were done in Europe and not here. There is something else called SAMe and it is something that you can get, it's a S A M e and it is found in health food stores and things like that. It has got some evidence that it may help with depression as well.
