Host: How many small steps are we talking about?

We are really just talking about incorporating one small step in the beginning and then after you have gotten a hang of that you can begin to incorporate more small steps into your lifestyle. For instance, an easy small step to begin with could be switching out a full calorie beverage for one that has low or no calories in it. Once you have gotten a hang of that after a couple of weeks you might want to think about incorporating a more difficult lifestyle change which could be something like eating breakfast everyday. After a while you have got into the point where you have really begun to incorporate more healthful lifestyle changes into your diet which could set you on a road to better health and also weight loss. 1
