Host: How should I consider myself in regards to my career?
Louise Kursmark: the only that I can think to add at this stage is that really be aware that it s your career. Think of the hours that you spend at work. Isn t it important that you do work that you love and that you make the best use of your talents? Look at your career not necessarily, as one single job but as a lifelong arc of different positions, different experiences that are going to tap into who you are as an individual and really, call for you to contribute your best skills.
Take a long view and then as you are looking at each position, consider whether that really contributes to where you want to be in your career and whether that s going to give you the life satisfaction that you need . It might be that short term jobs, project jobs that allow you to travel frequently are going be your best bet. For other people staying with the same company their whole career is going to be the best bet. So, we are all different, we are all unique, learn to plan for yourself, manage your career and always be ready for the next opportunity and you will be a lifelong success.
