Before we get started, I would like to tell you a little bit about myself and the magazine. Even if you are not a vegetarian, you've probably heard of Vegetarian Times, and that's because the magazine is been around since 1974. I've been the Editor for thee years and its been an exiting time to be the Editor, because there has been so much of attention on the idea of vegetarian eating, and in fact, our magazine was just named one of the top 25 fastest growing magazines in America.
