Jim Davis: Hi! I'm Jim Davis for Harris Teeter. I'm going to show you how to cut an orange. These are beautiful navel oranges. They are available in the market now. Put it down so that we can center the top. We want to cut right down through the middle just like, all the way to the bottom. Look at that orange. Look at that!
We're going to take that and we're going to cut it in quarters. Then because of the size of this orange, we're going to cut it in eights. Carefully cut down through this so your knife doesn't slip off. Remember to keep your knife sharp. That way it will go where you want it to go instead of sliding all over that place.
