Jim Davis: Hi! I'm Jim Davis for Harris Teeter. I'm going to show you now how to chop strawberries. First of all, we'll remove the green top with the tomato shark. This little device just pulls that right out.
We don't waste all the strawberry by cutting off the top. We'll do a couple of them here. We just pull it out with that tomato shark. This is very interesting little device, good for tomatoes, good for strawberries.
To chop it, we're going to cut it first in the half lengthwise, and then in half lengthwise again, and then we're just going to chop our strawberry. Then, if we want it a little finer, we'll just hold onto our knife and walk it across the berries a few times.
So we're going to cut this berry again, and just put them here and chop them. Then, walk our knife, holding this end down with your left-hand if you're right-handed. That's how you chop a strawberry.
