We would discuss everything from setting body composition goals to nutrition, to developing an overall weight gain program. Taras Raggio: Body image, whether positive or negative consists of perceptions, thoughts, emotions and actions. Most people in general are overall dissatisfied with their body image. A body image is one in which you can develop yourself, as seen to the perception of yourself and not from others.
