Michele Warsa: Hi, I am Michele Warsa owner of Fit Intuition (Ph) and Body On Purpose. Today I am going to show you how to lose weight after pregnancy. First of all we are going to be doing some exercises a full body work out that you can do in the gym and then I am going to show you some exercises that you can do at home with the baby. I will share with you some nutritional tips on how to shed those extra pounds and I am also going to share you with you some tips on how to maintain that new fitness regimen. The only thing that you are going to need for your workout is your body and perhaps a mat.
Now I am going to show you some exercises that you can do in the gym and at home with your baby and the reason why I am going to show you some exercises that you can do at home with baby is because there is not a single gym out there for liability reasons that's going to allow you to bring the baby into the workout facility. There is moving equipments and heavy objects.

Specializing in working with pregnant and postpartum women. I have been working with womens for over 20 years and the one thing I am an expert in is getting a woman fit.
