Bartender Maura Delaney demonstrates how to make a coffee cocktail.

Maura Delaney: Hello! I am Maura with Morton's, The Steakhouse. Today, I am going to show you how to make some of our specialty cocktails. Right now, I am going to show you how to make our famous Morton's hot coffee drink.

The tools and ingredients you will need for this, some freshly brewed coffee, a tall stem glass, fresh whipped cream, sugar-cinnamon blend together for the rim of the glass, an orange, Amaretto, Baileys or any other Irish cream liqueur, and some dark crme de cacao. So let's get started. To rim the glass, you are going to want to use an orange because it will give a sweetness to the coffee drink. Coat the rim of it with the orange and put it into the sugar-cinnamon and the orange juice will help it to stick. You want to use half and ounce of Amaretto, half an ounce of Baileys or any other Irish cream liqueur, and half an ounce of dark crme de cacao. You want to top with freshly brewed coffee, till about a three-quarters of the glass. Then top up with some fresh whipped cream. Here you have our Morton's hot coffee. So I hope that you find some use for these specialty cocktails. Cheers.
