Jim Davis: Hi! I am Jim Davis for Harris Teeter. I am going to show you now, how to make a lime garnish. We will take a couple of thin slices off of our peeled lime, like that. Every once in a while you want to select with that, don't worry about it, another thin slice. We take this thin slice and we cut it from the center to the edge of the peel, just like that and we lay it on our plate just like that. It makes a very pretty little garnish. We take that same slice of lime, cut it the same way and then we hang it over the edge of our glass and that's a lime garnish.
