Raymond Steiger: Hi! My name is Raymond Steiger, I'm from Euro Bistro, and today we're going to make Strawberry Sabayon.
First we'd take six egg yolks, then we use 3-4 tablespoon of sugar, a quarter cup of Marsala wine, the sweet one and just slowly, slowly over open flame just whip it up or you can use it in a double boiler, but make sure the egg yolk doesn't cook on you.
It takes about maybe 3-4 minutes, depends how high you turn up the flame to mix it, and that's it. Now this is all ready to go. And we just pour it right over the strawberry a little bit. And It has a nice sweet flavor what adds on to the taste, so that's the Strawberry Sabayon, the only the way usually we serve it.
