Stephanie Barlow: Hi! I'm Stephanie Barlow with the National Watermelon Promotion Board. I'm going to show you how to do some great watermelon recipes for kids. Today we're going to do the Watermelon Strawberry shake and it's very easy. You will only need four ingredients, watermelon, strawberries, a banana, and yogurt. This is 8 ounces of lemon yogurt but you can really use any type you like and a blender. So we'll put all the ingredients in, two cups a watermelon, one pint of whole strawberries, one banana peeled and we'll top it off with our yogurt. Get the lid on tight and here we go. So just pour it and shake in the glass. If you have any left over, the great part of this is you can make some easy Popsicles. We will use paper cups, or if you have popsicle mold, simply pour the shake in, set in the freezer for about a half an hour when it gets a little bit solid, insert a popsicle stick and let it freeze the rest of the way through and voila! A watermelon strawberry shake frozen popsicle. Enjoy!
