Amy Riolo: Hi! I am Amy Riolo. Today, I am working in the kitchen Sur La Table in Arlington, Virginia. I am going to be showing you how to make Egyptian recipes. The first recipe which I am going to make is a Semolina Cake with Honey Syrup. This is known as Basboosa in Egypt. The second dish which we will be making is a wonderful vegetarian dish. It consists to lentils, rice and pasta with a spicy tomato sauce. The third dish we will be making is a Hibiscus Punch. This is a wonderful Nubian drink that you are able to drink hot or cold.
