Lynn McKee: Hi, my name is Lynn McKee. I am a Personal Chef; I have my own business, Lynns Meals in Minutes. I have been in business since August of 2001. I am a self-taught chef, with a passion for cooking. I have had recipes and articles published in local magazines, and was voted in the top ten personal chefs in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area by Washingtonian Magazine in 2003. Today I am going to show you how to make an easy and elegant meal, a flounder and asparagus rolls and cheesy spinach mashed potatoes. Your family and friends will think you have slaved all day, but we dont have to tell them how easy this meal is to prepare. Well go through all of the steps; from peeling and boiling and mashing the potatoes to rolling the flounder fillets around the asparagus spears.

The materials that you need; to make the potatoes, you will need russet potatoes, a potato peeler and masher, knives, a pot to boil the potatoes in, a strainer to drain them, salt and pepper, salad cream, milk, salted butter, spinach, cubed Velveeta or American cheese. For the flounder rolls, you will need flounder fillets, asparagus spears, olive oil and cooking spray, baking dishes and cheese sauce. Before we begin, the kitchen safety is always important. Please remember to be careful when you are around sharp knives or hot stoves or oven. Also make sure children are very well supervised if they are in the kitchen with you. Now, lets get started with this easy meal.
