Beth Hillson: Hello! My name is Beth Hillson and I am food editor at 'Living Without' magazine. Today I am going to show you how to make a quick and easy gluten free pizza. Before we get started, here are the ingredients you will need. First, we start with a dry blend of flour. This flour blend consists of two and half cups of a high protein flour, a half a cup of millet, a tablespoon of xanthan gum and a teaspoon of salt. Okay, now we are going to add our liquids. One and third cups of warm water and this is our olive oil two tablespoon, one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of cider vinegar and we are going to add all of this to our dry blend and then we are going to mix. Our mix is ready, and now we are going to put it on our pizza pan. First I am going to spray the pan with a little pam to keep the pizza from sticking and then I am going to transfer this dough to our pizza pan. And you can see how sticky the dough is, it's very tough to touch and to try to handle like a regular pizza dough, so we are not going to do that, instead, I am going to take a piece of plastic wrap, just spray it with a little more pam and I am going to spread my pizza through this sheet of plastic wrap.
Now our pizza dough is finished, and I am going to brush it with a little bit of olive oil. Now we are going to top this with a pizza sauce and now we are going to top it with mozzarella cheese and I am going to put these beautiful tomatoes on the top. I am also going to grate a little bit of parmesan cheese on top. Okay, now our pizza is ready. I have preheated the oven to 450 degrees, I am going to bake this in the lowest rack for 18 t0 20 minutes and now our delicious pizza is ready. I am going to garnish it with a little bit of fresh basil just for color. And there you have it, a delicious home made gluten free pizza in under an hour that your whole family will enjoy.
