Diane Vezza: Hi I am Dianne, professional recipe developer, food stylist and mom. Today we are pierogies kebabs; we are starting out with a box of pierogies. Then we are going to combine chili powder with oil, mix that up in a little bowl and pour it right over your pierogies.
Now we are going to skew our mini pierogies, a piece of meat, a bell pepper and chicken chunk. We are going to repeat the process and place in our baking sheet. Once we've skewered everything we are going to put it into the broiler for about six to eight minutes or until it's golden and the meet is cooked and the pierogies are puffed.
I've made a peanut sauce to serve with the kebabs. But you can serve with any of your favorite dipping sauces.
